KUNDALINI YOGA
Known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’, this ancient lineage combines powerful breath work, physical postures, mantra and meditation into a complete yogic practice, which serves to tune-up and elevate all parts of the self.
Kundalini Yoga works to effectively strengthen the nervous system, and create glandular balance in the body, while increasing mental clarity, intuition and creativity, amongst many other benefits. Within the umbrella of this practice are a wide variety of sets, meditations, and techniques for living that can greatly enhance one’s sense of well-being, clarity of purpose, and experience of vibrant health.
Kundalini Yoga is an amazing tool to keep up with the increasing pressures of the technological age in which we live, stay aligned in all ways, and thrive. I have been practicing Kundalini for the past 20 years, and am always excited and honored to share the treasure trove of practices that are a part of this lineage with those interested in learning.
