The practice of yoga has tremendous benefits that tend to leak into every aspect of life once one begins. Through the postures, working with the breath, and showing up to the mat we learn how to explore and gain access to new spaces within the body, mind and spirit, while replenishing and renewing the whole self.
My classes emphasize cultivating a balance of ease and focus, strength and flexibility, with a deep connection to breath, and joyful experience of the inner self. Sequences are crafted to safely strengthen and open the body, with focus on alignment and animating the postures with breath.
With a background in various styles of yoga, from Yin to Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Kundalini Yoga, I put together practices for individuals as well as groups to address the goals and needs of the students, while guiding you into the rich experience of developing a personal practice.
