Fertility Tea Infusion

2 C Organic nettle leaf

2 C Organic Raspberry leaf

1/2 C Oatstraw

1/2 C Alfalfa

1/4 C Lemon Balm

1/4 C Rosehips

Add 1/4 C tea blend to a 32oz mason jar. Fill with boiled water to the brim.  Close jar tightly and let steep for 4hrs or as long as overnight. Strain tea and enjoy warm or cold. Tea lasts in the refrigerator about 2 days after steeping process. 

Drink between 1-3 cups a day if you are actively trying to get pregnant!

AND this tea is also excellent during the 2nd/3rd Trimester of pregnancy and postpartum

This tea is a powerhouse of vitamins and goodness for reproductive health. Fantastic for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum.  During pregnancy wait until week 16 to start drinking this tea. 1-2 cups recommended during 2nd trimester, and up to a quart third trimester!

Red Raspberry Leaf:

-high in phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, & zinc, Vitamin A, B, C & E. Has the highest known herbal source of manganese.

• Soothe the kidneys and urinary tract

• Increase milk production

• Makes uterine contractions more effective

Alfalfa:
