Week 1: Clearing the Vessel / Setting the Foundation– Breaking through stagnant energy and setting new practices and patterns.
Week 2: The 10 Bodies – Energizing all aspects the self, and activating the soul self as a guiding light on the fertility journey
Week 3: The Creative Center – Balancing the pelvis and sacral energy for physical and energetic flow
Week 4: Listening Inward – Clearing the Subconscious and strengthening intuition

ABOUT ME:
I’m a yogi, mamma, sound and intuitive healer, honored to assist women on the path of calling in a baby. I have practiced Kundalini Yoga for some 24yrs now, and have experienced it’s power to bring you into alignment physically, mentally and spiritually, quickly. The sets I will be sharing were taught to me by my trusted teachers, and I myself put them into practice when trying to conceive my babies. I’ve been working one on one with students for the past 12yrs in addition to teaching group classes, and bring a healing and uplifting environment to my teaching space, where the students feel supported and empowered to make their own discoveries and reconnect to the beautiful power and knowing of their inner selves. This will be the 4th iteration of this series, and this time I am so excited to be sharing new, rich material and supportive practices to really assist you in bringing forth the next aligned steps on your fertility journey with crystal clarity and to help you call in the sacred child that is meant to be in your life.
